Shera is a Registered Nurse and Health & Mindset coach for busy moms. She and her husband live in a small beach town in sunny SoCal with their 3 kids. As a working mom, military spouse of 8 years, and a business owner, she is no stranger to the busy mom life and the REAL struggle with finding time to eat healthy, work out, or having a life outside of the hustle!

In her coaching program, Vibrant Moms, she helps moms create time and space to nourish themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually – so that they can truly show up for their families and make an impact in their communities. Her mission is to help moms ditch the mentality that motherhood is draining, that being tired and overwhelmed--or feeling stuck-- is just part of this stage of life. She’s passionate about empowering moms to live from a place of abundance by prioritizing their health and keeping their stress buckets in check. Her message to all the busy moms is that your needs matter too– “not me first'' but “me too”. It is her greatest joy to see moms make this shift, so they can truly thrive and live a vibrant life – without compromising their family’s needs.
